Can IT see my personal photos and messages?

In a standard BYOD arrangement, no. The course explains what device management lets IT do, what a device audit looks at, and why personal content is not part of it.

Will my personal data be wiped?

Remote wipe is limited to defined circumstances, and in many setups it removes company data only, though this depends on configuration. The course explains what to ask your IT team before you enrol.

Does it replace my organisation's BYOD policy?

No. It covers the rules a BYOD policy typically includes. Your own organisation's policy always applies, so check it and ask your IT team where details differ.
