- How to prepare users so nothing is lost in the wipe, and how to communicate the migration clearly
- How to run attended and remote migrations, including adding Macs to Apple Business and escrowing the bootstrap token
- How to verify each device, produce a handover pack, and prevent a repeat migration

Can a Mac be migrated without erasing it?
Sometimes. Management can change without a wipe, but ownership cannot. The course shows how to work out which applies to each device before any work is scheduled.
Can migrations be done remotely?
In some cases. A dedicated module covers what a remote migration needs, the extra risks, and when to decline it and ship the device instead.
Which Macs can be added to Apple Business this way?
Macs with Apple silicon or a T2 chip. The course explains how to check this against serial numbers while scoping, not on the day.
